Role Overview

 

The AR Executive for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) framework. The role ensures timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding insurance and patients claims, denial management and maximizing collections in compliance with US healthcare billing regulations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims 
  • Work on denial management and identify root causes for recurring issues 
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-ups and claim updates on EHR
  • Coordinate with billing, coding, and front-end teams for issue resolution 
  • Resubmit corrected claims and track them to closure 
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations / HIPAA and payer guidelines 
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets 
  • Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies and patients follow up
  • Review and analyze AR aging reports to prioritize collections last comes

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate And Post Graduate Healthcare releated field 
  • 1–5 years of experience in healthcare AR / medical billing / RCM 

 

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of AR follow-up and denial management 
  • Understanding of healthcare insurance processes payers guidelines And Software Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 
  • Good communication skills
