Role Overview

 

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Success Manager (CSM) manage and grow relationships with our healthcare clients using RCM platform. A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a professional who is responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships. They act as a bridge between the support and the sales team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients as the primary point of contact 
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with healthcare workflows 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality 
  • Maintain a client implementation tracker with real-time status across all onboarding workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationship while still managing to serve the customers goals as best as possible.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and healthcare systems preferred 

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Or Any Post graduate in Business, Healthcare, or related field 
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management (Healthcare preferred) 

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environment 
  • Knowledge of customer success tools and data analysis
