Role Overview

 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support business growth in the healthcare BPO center. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for healthcare services such as medical billing, RCM, healthcare BPO, or medical coding. The ideal candidate should have strong research, communication, and outreach skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through research, online platforms, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the healthcare sector
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and target segments
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations
• Qualify leads by assessing business requirements and aligning them with appropriate company solutions and services
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
• Track and report lead generation performance and metrics 

•  Identify decision-makers at each target organization: Manager, Office Administrator, Physician Owner, CFO, or COO

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in healthcare 

• Strong communication and written skills
• Good research and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare services such as RCM, medical billing, or healthcare BPO / B2B Sales 
• Knowledge of international markets (US healthcare preferred)
• Experience with lead generation tools and databases
