Role Overview

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Auditor to evaluate, monitor, and improve internal processes across operations. The ideal candidate will identify gaps, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive quality and efficiency improvements across teams – with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Audit healthcare processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify errors, gaps, and process deviations
  • Prepare audit reports and share feedback with teams
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Suggest improvements for better efficiency and quality 
  • Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure identified issues are resolved effectively
  • Conduct training sessions or refreshers for teams on quality standards, SOP updates, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze audit trends and performance metrics to provide insights for continuous process improvement

 

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare processes 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Ability to work with digital systems and data

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred)
    OR
  • Any graduate with relevant skills
  •  Any quality and Audit-related certification
