Role Overview
The process trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for RCM billing operations. This role ensure that new hires and existing staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform medical billing, coding, and collections functions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry standards
- Key facilitator for employee training and development
- Focus on improving performance and process efficiency
- Developing training modules and materials tailored to specific processes
- Conduct training sessions on end-to-end RCM processes (Eligibility Verification, Medical Coding, Charge Entry, AR calling, payment posting, Denials Management).
- Assessing employee performance and providing feedback
- Updating training materials based on process changes or improvements
- Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in RCM operations.
- Certification in Medical Coding (CPC/CCS) is a plus
- Strong Knowledge of:
- Medical billing and coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
- AR calling and denial management
- US healthcare system
Working Conditions
- Shift alignment may be required based on US business hours (night/evening shifts possible)
- Hybrid or work-from-office
