Role Overview
We are a US-based healthcare technology and Revenue Cycle Management company delivering end-to-end billing, coding, credentialing, and claims management solutions to physician groups, hospitals, specialty practices, and ambulatory surgery centers across the country. Our clients trust us to optimize their financial performance while reducing administrative complexity. We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly organized, healthcare-savvy Project Coordinator to support our RCM operations and client implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the communication hub between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors during project execution
- Manage client-facing project communication – status updates, issue notifications, milestone confirmations
- Coordinate with external vendors – EHR companies, clearinghouses, credentialing bodies, and payer provider relation teams
- Escalate unresolved issues to the project manager with a clear summary of impact and recommended resolution
- Maintain a stakeholder contact directory with roles, responsibilities, and communication preferences
- Coordinate with the credentialing team to resolve missing documents, expired licenses, or payer RFIs
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal, written communication skills documentation skills
- Excellent organizational proper documentation and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile tools)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to support team coordination and drive accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
- 0–4 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, or RCM in a US healthcare or health-tech environment
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing – CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, payer types
- Experience in scheduling Meetings, reporting Details, and administrative support functions
