Role Overview
The AR Executive for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) framework. The role ensures timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding insurance and patients claims, denial management and maximizing collections in compliance with US healthcare billing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims
- Work on denial management and identify root causes for recurring issues
- Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-ups and claim updates on EHR
- Coordinate with billing, coding, and front-end teams for issue resolution
- Resubmit corrected claims and track them to closure
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations / HIPAA and payer guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies and patients follow up
- Review and analyze AR aging reports to prioritize collections last comes
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate And Post Graduate Healthcare releated field
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare AR / medical billing / RCM
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AR follow-up and denial management
- Understanding of healthcare insurance processes payers guidelines And Software Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
